Simon leads an expert team of Holiday Illness and Accident Claims Lawyers handling an ever increasing caseload ranging from simple trips and slips accidents abroad to complex and catastrophic injuries and large class actions.
Simon’s attributes include an extensive knowledge of foreign and private international law. He is known and widely respected for his unswerving dedication to securing successful outcomes for his clients.

A Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and member of TATLA (Travel and Tourism Lawyers Association), Simon has a vast experience of the travel industry. His previous roles include amongst others working for the tour operator MyTravel (now Thomas Cook), where Simon spent 14 years as the group’s Personal Injury Litigation Manager before joining TUI UK (Thomson Holiday / First Choice Holidays).
